Amy grew up in Pleasants County, and graduated from St. Marys High School in 2002.

She has been a member of the Pleasants Area Chamber of Commerce for 3 years, and is currently the Secretary for the board of directors. She has a strong background in the customer service and banking industries with over 20 years’ experience.
Jared Moncman

Jared Moncman is a dedicated member of the Pleasants County community, serving as the CFO of Pleasants County Bank and as Treasurer on the Pleasants Area Chamber of Commerce's Board for the past 3 years. Since relocating to St. Marys in 2017, he has immersed himself in the community and is passionate about working with local businesses to bring impactful events and opportunities to the area for both businesses and residents.

Jared graduated from West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a Bachelor's Degree in Business in 2009 and has been working at Pleasants County Bank since June of 2015. He takes pride in helping his consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals and enjoys his job immensely.

Outside of work, Jared is a devoted father to his two children, Lydia and Austin. He is committed to making Pleasants County a better place to live, work, and play and is thrilled to be a part of the Pleasants Area Chamber of Commerce's efforts to strengthen the community.
